DISCHEM MEDICAL INSURANCE IS PATHETIC

I'm a member of their medical insurance. Medicross sent a quote for authorization on 4 April 2023. I followed up months later whereby Dischem stated that some of the codes must be changed. Medicross did that end sent it to them again. I then followed up on the 19 July 2023, Dischem promised to take immediate action and to follow up with Medicross. I phoned then today, 8 August 2023. Still no response after their Supervisor promised to follow up and notify my of the outcome soon after 19 July 2023. THEY ARE THE WORST!! THE ONLY CORRESPONDENCE YOU EVER GET FROM THEM IS THE SMS REMIDER THAT YOUR PREMIUM IS GOING OFF A CERTAIN DATE. OTHER THAN THAT ZERO!!!!! PATHETIC IS NOT EVEN A WORD TO DESCRIBE THE SERICE
