Dischem medical insurance

Dischem medical insurance?? We feel like we are being ****med . We have taken our Dischem medical insurance. 7 of US. Doctors and hospitals we phone that are on your list say they have never heard of this plan. We have escalated this with the call Centre . They keep saying they will call back. They never do. Is this a **** ? A money making scheme . Because no doctors and hospitals on your list know about this?? What happens in an emergency and we think we are covered . And we arrive at a hospital and they don’t know about you ? Help me understand please .
