Dischem Maponya mall ****med me

I bought Huggies extra care at Dischem maponya mall and as I was using them, I found some of them damaged. I used almost half a packet when I returned them to the shop because there more I would use them the more damaged diapers I would find. When I got the the branch, I took 3 samples of the damaged nappies along with the remaining pack. The staff advised me to call Huggies directly and request for a refund. I asked them why I need to make the call when I was never asked to Huggies when I made the purchase as their store. One of the stuff members made the call and instructed me to talk to Andrea whom today gave me a voucher of R54.99 saying it is a replacement of the 3 diapers I presented at the store when I found more than three damaged diapers even in the remaining half that I took to the Dischem there were more damaged diapers. I feel ****med by Dischem and Huggies.
