Dischem Maponya Mal worst customer I had today

I ordered online from Dischem using their Click and Collect system for Huggies Gold 5 , received the confirmation invoice and that I can pick up the order the next following 24 hours which is fine.

30 minutes later I received a call from Dischem advising me that they don't have size 5 I should have checked first and I did mention to the lady that size 5 was showing as being available on their Website to their Maponya Store . Today 13/10/2020 when I went to get my refund I was treated like a ******** , firstly I used my debit card not credit card , secondly the lady that I found there wanted to force me taking the Gift Card bare in mind I did not log on the website to get that gift card I needed diapers and mind you if they are not available at Dischem let me choose if I want the Gift Voucher or my money back.

The whole situation was not pleasing at all , the treated I got from one of the ladies that I saw her tag was Refiloe Khumalo

They need training in customer services Dischem is not their family business where as they treat customers like *********
