Dischem Mall of the south client service

Don't expect medication that has been ordered for delivery to reach your very sick loved one. I ordered medication on the Dischem all after having seen a doctor to be delivered. This treatment included streiods for shortness of breath and antibiotics. 4 hours later and 5 phonecalls I am being told by Dischem Mall of the south manager Leon that if it was that urgent why did I not come and fetch it. The courier apparently came to our Complex gate and no one opened. Courtesy would have been to make me aware they are waiting. But with Dischem they just return the medication. This is absolutely dismal customer service. Not to speak of follow through on what their branding says. Advice - rather stick to Clicks
