Dischem Mall of Africa Clinic Rude staff member

My husband and I recently went to the Dischem Mall of Africa Clinic for our Vitality Check up. There was no receptionist at the clinic so we sat on the chairs , we had two appointments. The nurse called to check if we were assisted and I said no, she told us to go to the reception which I did, they then confirmed our appointments. While I was doing my check with the nurse inside the room, this lady Mahlako rudely came into the rude talking to the nurse in another language, while a patient is busy with a nurse, surely it is best practice for any one else to come into the room. This Mahlako then went out to the reception and was complaining about us to the reception. We were always so polite, we did make appointments so I am not sure why Maklako was so rude. Dischem Team please look into this matter.
