Dischem loyalty point changes with notification

I went to Dis-Chem last week Thursday just to find out that the loyalty points now expire - I have lost R365 worth of points. I have not received any notification of this change, not via e-mail or SMS. I have tried to call the Customer Care number on the internet - just to get a message "the number that you have dialed is incorrect, please try again" Care Line - ***
