Dischem lives up to shoddy delivery standards

Dischem have had my online order from BEFORE the lockdown was even announced and I still haven't received it. Mails to their customer service division have not made the slightest difference as not reaction was received. Trying to call their customer care line is also pointless as calls aren't answered nor returned. A simple courtesy mail explaining what is going on would be nice.
