Dischem Lintons Corner

I have purchased a shake on the 14th of this month, normally they would call and ask if they dont have wat i want if they could send me something else. this time someone was a bit ........., i am so so furious, they called me said they dont have the strawberry OLD347721 (order), they have cancelled the order and i must re order another flavor, o dear how do you do business like that????? anyway i did order and paid again, i had been calling a few times that following days, everyday dischem told me no i must wait for my bank to get my money back on the first order. dischem did not take that money. fair enough i waited it out as capitec told me 5-7 working days...alsmost 3 weeks later, still nothing from capitec, so i phoned them and they said that dischem must release it from their side via pre authorization letter then the bank can give me back my money...so today 6 times i have phoned, each time dischem puts me thru to this department and that department eventually each time they put the phone down in my ear! such utter disgrace how dischem does this, i never had this problem before!!!!!! so no my hands are tied up, dischem doesnt want to assist me, my money is with them, and no item!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
