DISCHEM LIES AND IS USELESS

I am disgusted with the way dischem nicolway conducts business. I ordered a few items using their online platform. They were supposed to deliver the items last week. They sent me an sms confirming that their courier has the package and that it would be delivered. 3days later the package was still not delivered. How does it take days to deliver in the same province? Less than an hours drive???? I sent follow ups only to be told that the courier hadn't collected the package meaning THEY **** TO ME! Their stupid consultant calls me now and says she's calling because I made a query online and she has no clue what my query is about. I don't even care about the items anymore I want my money and to cut all ties. Their incompetence is disgusting
