Dischem ****

On the 3rd of August i placed an online order with Dischem Pharmacy Cresta-Randburg, and on Wednesday i received an update telling me my order is with RAM couriers. The following day i received another update telling me my order is out for being dispatched by the couirer company. Today on Sunday i receive a call from Dischem telling me that my order has missing items and which can be replaced. However the person who had called me and i missed the individuals call by a minute is on a tea break by his/her colleague. Why did Dischem lie about the order in the first place because i received online confirmation that my order was with RAM couriers only to find out my order hasn't left Dischem on day 7.
