Dischem lacking

Went for bloodtest. Wanted the result not a follow up visit. If the result is not what it should be, will see a doctor. That is our decision. Dischem Van Riebeeck Park. My Wife went Mrs R Du Toit. Onor about 29/02/2024 Why do we not get the result??? They have an email and phone number.
