Dischem - Lack of accountability

The most terrible service I got from Dischem! There was a price "error" on Dischem online and this I only found out when I got to the store to collect. Spoke to the Manager Lauren which said there's nothing they can do as it online but also I was advised in the same breath I was suppose to get a notification of the error I did not what's so convienent I received the email of flop 19:10pm after I just left the store. Now I would have been okay with it but other stores was happy to assist their customers they made a bad move when they did not honor their own T&Cs.

I am very disappointed of the lack of accountability Dischem has taken.

Imagine I unknowingly walked out of the store with an item and just by the security they realize this the item will be taken and authorities will be called right? And I will need to pay for my mistake.

Dischem do better! Don't throw the T&c's after it's been updated. Be loyal just as your customers are to you.

My daughter only have a few diapers left and now I need to run around up and down with my own petrol which is such an inconvenience.
