DISCHEM : LA LUCIA : CLINIC DID NOT GO THE EXTRA MILE

I visited the CLINIC at Dischem La Lucia this morning for a FLU VACCINE . The receptionist indicated there was only 1 NURSE in today and there would be a long wait if i didnt have an appointment . I waited an hour and left . The customer service at this CLINIC is usually very competent . Clearly after the long weekend it was not business as usual this morning . I hate to complain , but someone at the CLINIC should have said " we cater for the many elderly people here , therefore we need to have more staff to cater for the demand " . Not a life and death situition or a train smash by any means but the CLINIC did not go the extra mile and hence could have done far better .
