Dischem - Kabrita Goats Milk Baby formula

Dischem abruptly ended providing Kabrita goats milk. I called the supplier as they also supply directly to the public, which indicated Dischem has ended the supply contact due to a change in import agency, or something of the sort. With no real warning, I can not be located or have to phone countless Dischem stores around Gauteng to locate milk for my child who is allergic to any ***'s milk and can only drink this particular milk. People at the stores make an effort to assist you, but I have spent literally days trying to find out if stock levels on line match the inventory as listed, then have to find the time to fetch the item and drive to all the remote shops where it has not been sold out. How can Dischem be trusted to provide service to their clients if the continued supply of a rare find baby formula is just discontinued? Based on the empty shelves I can not think I am the only person in this predicament. Am a full-time working mother with limited resources and this just waste my time and money. Who can be trusted to provide a product reliable anymore? In my opinion, not Dischem, I get out of buying anything from them. It’s a pity that they share such a big portion of the market and employ s many people and that I am as an individual in any way reliant on them to provide my child with a steady supply of food. Did they not think this will affect their customers??
