I have to say I’m rather disappointed with Dischem Jean Crossing. The Pap Smear campaign for R300 was promoted across the country for the month of August. Tell me why I was told after making an online booking for a specific day that the store ran out of kits? When you get to the nurses station, the nurse is nowhere to be found, until another lady in the store was able to provide a bit of information regarding the situation. In the same store I was told that since they were unable to carry out services for many of the women who had made bookings, they will extend the campaign -I’m yet to see communication regarding that, we were also requested to provide our details and cell phone numbers where they can reach us when they receive the ordered kits, till today. This is such a great campaign especially for women who are not so privileged to having medical aid and for Dischem to not follow through with what they promise to their customers is rather disappointing to say the least. We can do better!!!
