Dischem Jean Avenue

I went to the Dischem at Jean Avenue and I was assisted by Suzette, who was absolutely phenomenal job. I had uploaded my script at the Dischem at Randridge Mall and they had informed that it was on the system and that I can go to any Dischem. I went to pick up my prescription at Dischem Jean Avenue and nothing was loaded under my profile, they in fact hadn't updated my profile for a while so my new prescription wasn't reflecting so alas I couldn't collect my prescription. Suzette called the Randridge Mall branch and rectified the error and set up an entirely new profile for me with all my updated details and my new prescription reflecting after having to led with them to fax it over. She sincerely went out of her way and this might easily be the best customer service experience I've ever received. Thanks again Suzette
