Dischem is working with these shoplifters. My phone was syolen right in the store.

<p>I had such a terrible and shocking ordeal at Dischem Festival Mall. My phone (Samsung s6 edge) was literally pickpocketed from my handbag at the Prescriptions counter. I mean you are there to collect medication and listen to the pharmacists instructions on how to take the meds, NOT TO HAVE YOUR PHONE ****** STRAIGHT form your handbag! If i had been elsewhere in the mall i would have kept my eyes open for these *******, but not in a repuatble store, with security guards and cameras all around the store! I pursued this with management and was actually shown footage where i can the guy literally takes my phone and then just walks out, and passes the security. I thought since i saw the footage and Dischem acknowledged this incident took place in their store, they would take some sort of resposibilty and atleast reimburse me. After that i told Dischem management that i want my phone back as this happened in their store, they gave me a runaround for 3 whole months, eventually as i kept persisting was told by the manager Ruan that they will not be reimbursing me for the phone. Then yesterday i went to the store, again to assist my mom with her medication collection, then police walked in with another lady, who had her stuff ******! This is utterly disgusting! You are not safe in that store, the theives lurk around and are never caught, or they actually work with the staff and security. Dischem does not even care about their customers! Sies! I am moving my mothers collection point to another chemist!</p>
