Dischem is useless

Hi I have been trying to call the Dischem clinic at the North Cape Mall in Kimberley to book for the 6 weeks mmunization for my baby since the 31st of December 2019 up until yesterday 09 January 2020.

I called the Manager on 8th of January 2020 and explained to him that on the 31st when I called the clinics phone was answered by a lady named Nadia....and that she hanged up on me after I explained why I had called, the manager promised me to take my name and number to the clinic and would ask them to call me back.

I even went through all the trouble of sending a friend to book the appointment as I live 35km from Dischem, and he came back telling me that they said that they'd call me back. I mean must I now struggle to make an appointment like this ? This is pathetic and then they want to say they care about they're customers.

I'll never set foot at this store and I'll definitely spread the word of this poor treatment and rude staff behavior.
