Dischem is the worst , want cancelleation of medical insurance

I was called by Mike from dischem medical insurance, about 2 months back...he sold me a policy for my mum, and have a lengthy call he said he would send her the schedule.....he never did . The installment was supposed to go off 25th Feb 2023, it never did. I emailed him , I got a generic response that i must contact service team. I emailed that team multiple times and I have had no jot.

I was promised a service and the waiting peiord supposed to be 2 months in by now but the debit hasn't even run nor schedule been received.

**** service Dischem, and policies are very hard to sell , so you should be doing much better. Will take to social media of course.
