Dischem is a joke

Dischem is such an Overrated Pharmacy what an actual joke. So they offer woman's clinic at certain branches with various services and my Partner decided to book an appointment with their call centre for the Meadowdale branch to have a Pap smear done. She makes the appointment and gets told the time etc upon arrival the staff say Aggg Shem no kits to do the procedure and they haven't had for months". So my Question why the hell offer a service if you have no products so people take the time out of their day to go to the appointment and then get told "ahh what must we do "
