DisChem - incompetence, is the word of the day!

DisChem - Mosselbay

They advertise baby car seats for sale, on their online store.

But as soon as you contact them, either they don't know what you are talking about (baby car seat), or they don't know what planet they are on.

It took a staff member from George, to call the Mosselbay branch, slap them around verbally, just to find out, if they have any stock available.

The incompetence of the Mosselbay staff, are unbelievable.

They then said that they have not had stock in the baby car seats (various different types and models), for days now.

Yet, DisChem advertises baby car seats for sale.

DisChem Mosselbay. Sort out your *********** staff and sort the fact that you advertise something, thats no longer in stock.

I wasted so much time and money (Pay-As-You-Go phone), just trying to find a baby car seat, for someone urgently needing to travel to Johannesburg, with a 10 month old baby.
