Dischem horrible horrible online service.

Dichem online doesn't even deserve a 1 star, I did an order last week Monday and it's been more than 10 days without my order being delivered. When I call the store that the order was comming from the phone rings and rings then the switchboard eventually answers then puts you through to the online department which rings until it goes dead. R400 worth of airtime, because I just want to know where my order is and when will it come. I emailed the careline aswell they give you no ref number and after 5 days still no response, these are the only contact number online. Cornubia dischem is the dischem that my online order went to. I dont know who else to contact. I have telephone evidence of calling everyday and the amount of time I spend holding on and airtime Bill's. All I want is my stuff that I paid for.
