Dischem Hobart - Refund Debacle

Had a **********ly long experience - almost 3 weeks- trying to get a credit card refund resolved. Product returned to Dischem . Card refund done but no credit monies were reflecting in my bank account. Continous bureaucratic admin excuses as to why they could not resolve the refund or re do the refund to ensure I got my funds back. Still not resolved. I've finally now been promised a refund within 7 working days. Very disappointed with their customer treatment.
