Angry is an understatement, I’m furious at the poor customer service I constantly receive at this branch. I shop there because it’s convenient for me, it’s close to my workplace but after today’s experience I will never set foot there ever again and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. The staff are extremely rude, always grumpy, you need to greet them first and if you don’t they won’t greet you at all. Moloko Masekela is the worst, she has an attitude (will never greet you, she just stares at you) I’m always assisted by her and her attitude doesn’t seem to change.

Today 30 November (Thursday) was a cherry on top, I went there to buy a gift and asked if I can get it wrapped since you offer free gift wrapping services and I was told that a lady from the cosmetics department can assist me with that. Moloko phoned the lady & asked her to assist me and the lady said the most ridiculous thing that (she can’t assist me because she is working alone today) like really???

I had to purchase my own wrapping paper and the store was quiet at that time (13:15), she could have assisted me but she didn’t because she didn’t want to. When I left the store, I saw her chatting to the security guard. Every aisle in that store has someone but they will never ask if you require their services, they are always chatting in groups and not paying attention to customers.

I would like to applaud Thabo for been the only friendly and helpful person in that store. I wish everyone in that store can learn a thing or two from you.
