Dischem Hillcrest (Thumbs down)

I am appalled with the service from Dischem Hillcrest, Let me begin from the start: Dischem had a special for a baby scan, my wife and myself managed to book an appointment on Saturday, we were called to be informed that they needed to change the day to Monday, which we understood. Monday came, we arrived at Hillcrest (which is a far distance for us) for them to tell us that we had to reschedule again. Upon this happening, we were both upset with the service upon trying to solve the issue. Managers, staff and members from Head office in Johannesburg would blame everyone but themselves. This is a week later, and yet Dischem has not contacted us, even though they repeatedly said that they would call us the following day with regards to the situation.
