DISCHEM - HIDDEN POLICY FOR PRODUCTS

I have called in to make sure if I could exchange or get a refund for the formula that I purchased less than a month back as he had stopped and since the products are still sealed.

The lady said it was fine and that when I come, I can then just go to counter 1.

I then drove all the way to Dischem Somerser West Mall where I purchased the products, just to be told that they do not take back baby milk.

1. This is Lactokid 4, which is for children above 3 (todler). 2. Your store employees clearly do not know the policy if this is the policy. 3. There is no notice in store that suggests this policy. 4. The items were also dented when I bought them as this was the last 2 on your shelf. 5. You made me waste more money by giving out petrol.

Parents deserve to know where they stand when they purchase products from you and I urge you to put up a notice to make your policy known.
