DisChem Herm**** HUGO.

I am furious at the pharmacist at Dis Chem Herm****. He always makes very unkind remarks when I collect my medicine. He is a older gentlemen his name is Hugo. He is unfriendly and ery insensitive. He speaks very rudely to the staff members. Yesterday I went to collect my daufhters birth control and he asked me if I think it is right to put kids on birth control. I turned around and wlked away. I am now supporting Clicks the previous time he said something to a lady that had cancer and she burst out in tears saying that her illness is not something to take lightly or make remarks about as she is dying, I find that really unprofessional. As I turned around to the man behind me he shook hi head and said to me that he has made rude remarks to his father about his shoes that was worn out and now his dad refuses to collect his medicine. I have also heard from the staff that this was not the only remarks he has made to clients.

This pharmacist is making Dis Chem Herm**** lose clients. He has also on a previous occupation humiliated the assistants infront of clients. I really do hope Dis Chem does something about this man and his remarks.
