Dischem Health will ***** your money

I bought this medical insurance for a staff member. In Sept 2023 we cancelled. I cancelled again in October and November. I had to go as far as calling my bank to cancel the debit order and reverse payments. Then January 2025 they started debiting me again after 3 cancellations and the bank stopping 2 debit orders. I have been trying to get my money back. They keep telling me i cancelled in 2023. If this is the case why have you ****** R7400 from me this year? They do not call you but send half ****d emails. Last time after trying to call, getting hold of them on social no one even called me to help me. I had to go via my bank who was clearly not helpful at all. I had has money ****** for 9 months and i cant seem to get a resolve on this on going issue. Dischem are ******* and ****s and have the most *********** people. I hate you guys.
