Dischem Health Insurance

Avoid the health insurance at all costs, this is very much a ****, i have gone to an out of network gp, of which i am supposed to have a single visit, i paid cash for this as i didnt want to waste that visit, i received a script and dischem refused to put in the claim, at no point was i told that the scripts are only for network gp visits, from what i have seen with other reviews i am not the only one struggling with dischems lack of transparancy, their unwillingness to help, their absolute abysmal call center, it took me 3 days to get a hold of a human that doesnt put the phone down in your ear, stay very far away
