Dischem health

I spoke to the sales representative Ian Jiawan 0n the 28th April as i had just left my medical aid. He was helping me join had told me that I won't have a waiting period as I was from a medical aid, sent him my medical aid certificate as proof. To my surprise I went to dischem at Carnival mall on the 3rd of june to buy medication they could not assist me they told me I was on a waiting period the lady there also said it could be because they are offline.. on Monday the 5th I call the call center for dischem medical a lady said to me I'm on a waiting period for 3 months and that my cover will start to work in September. I am surprised cause when I joined I sent my medical certificate to Ian Jiawan who was assisting me and now I call him he says he can't help me They giving me different email where I need to send the medical aid from my previous medical aid. No one is contacting me , I went to the store at east rand mall yesterday they told me they can't help me . I called the call center again this morning they gave me a different email from yesterday again ...I'm still waiting and I also need to take my child to the doctor
