Dischem have bad service.

I placed an online order of a fragrance on the 15 December and got a call from John the manager of Dischem Fourways and said it was out of stock and I'll be refunded, I asked him how come because when I ordered there was stock and told him I don't want refund but my perfume he said he will reroute the order. Yesterday I got a message saying I'll be refunded and today they closed my order I called head office spoke to a lady called Don she couldn't assist me but transferred the call to a lady called Aphrodite the online manager and she told me there's nothing she can do for me to get my perfume and I'd I want it to be replaced I'll have to pay the difference, I'm not happy with Dischem as they are nor treating their customers right and they do care about are feelings or concerns. How come you advertise something online and it shows there's stock but when you supposed to deliver there is no stock, I will not take this lightly and don't mind to have a battle with them because I want what I ordered not refund, so I'm taking this further because I was mislead and they are making false adverti*****ts, I have been doing online orders and never experienced this with other shops.
