Zero professionalism. The beauty department have zero professionalism & there is hardly ever anyone to assist at the makeup section. There’s an elder lady who works within the beauty department, who is utterly rude & has no care in the world what your grievance may be. I’ve seen her treat customers of colour poorly but to my surprise non colour customers have a different experience. I’ve also seen her fight & be rude to her junior colleagues, to a point where it almost broke into a physical fight.
