Dischem From bad to worse

I am saddened that the Dischem group has gone from bad to worse for the deliveries of my chronic medicines i supported them for probably 6 years i am talking about the bluff branch things in the beginning were good but lately things turned out from bad to worse i used to get calls from the careline if anyone phoned me for my medicines now no more,i asked in the end to speak to regional office anyone was refused a number i rep**** to an e - mail of a regional manager which he rep**** after many weeks,i am very saddened as your service has gone down the tube now was told that i need to plan my medicine 14 days in advance what happened to the good customer company relationship we had once now gone so sad,imagine i was on insulin and i ran out couldnt get there i would have been dead,peoples lives are here at stake you are dealing with sickly people o sorry that doesnt seem to be the case anymore gave them hundreds and thousands of rands of business but who cares,i suffer im very saddened what has happened and all i saw that the Pharmacies today have changed what they truly once used to be the patient comes first i cant say no more.The hippocratic oath and the love of the sick is no more it doesnt exist.
