Dischem - Fores**** issues.

I'd like to make a complaint about a product that I tried to purchase from Dischem fores****. I ordered a Volkano Scorpio earphones. The store received it in and then sold it to a different customer. The store hadn't informed me that they would only keep it for a day before selling it. It was very frustrating as I really needed the item. Then I asked for it to be ordered to the store again, the person at information didn't do it and only tried to locate the items while I was standing next to her. After that they found the item but it has taken so long to get to the store that the discounted price no longer applies. If I had been told about the timeframe for the store to hold onto an item or if the item had been delivered to the store on time I would have been able to get the item at the discounted price. I really feel that the store has made no attempt to accommodate me as their customer.
