Dischem fooled me staff ate my 36000 winnings.

Good day hellopeter ,I won 36k in benefit rewards from Dischem,so now they don't want to give my prize they making excuses,it was 1.8 million divided by 50 winners,I am the only one who can't use my win because they blocked my card, I ran up and down embarassed myself with a trolley of 3k products at 3 stores for nothing,I went to Lenz Quarter Mall at Lenasia 6 times ,Mall of South once and South Gate mall twice ,even the staff didn't know of the competition looking at me like I'm mad, nevertheless I wasted over 1500 cash in bolt and Uber trying to figure out the problem if it's the stores,I complain to them they didn't get back to me they still fixing this and no they tell my brother who called for me there's nothing they can do ,yet most of the winners are my friends and they are buying successfully from December, January,is this fair? They can't do anything about it I feel theres ***** going on in the department, someone is using my information to purchase they changed my card 3 times and still can't fix the issue,they are full of lies, I want them to reimburse me my rightful winnings fairly like other winners, I'm going to take them to court for making me a winner ,making me happy for no reason,I was so excited because my son is diabetic and I wanted to get him all the meds and cereals he needs ,I am very hurt by dischem,I feel like a fool,I want my win fairly,I thought so highly of Dischem until they did this to me ,I want it this is nonsense I actually go with a few friends who won shopping and there's nothing wrong ,so they tell my brother there's nothing they can do ,very very sad I'm dissapointed,I want what I won!
