Dischem Festival Mall (Pharmacy)

I very disappointed and heartbroken actually cause this never ever happens when I go to Dischem Festival Mall. today 8/05/2024 I visited the Pharmacy and waited my turn to be assisted. I was called to teller 4 just before 13:00pm. I asked to purchase with medical aid .I didn't have my medical aid car ,but how ever I asked if she can use my I'd she agreed. I then asked for her to please suggest any vitamin supplements thats within my daily medical rate, with a very big sigh of irritation , she went and took an expensive brand of vitamins came back and told me I must take this and add on 108.00 I then repeated myself I ask is there anything I can get within my medical aid rate that she can suggest.., she was obviously irritated by something or maybe she felt that ,why would I come looking for supplements and want her suggestions it's as if I'm expected to come knowing what I want already...is it not part of her Job to suggest something I can get, and within my rate or budget? I'm buying with a medical aid cause I don't want to add on ..I just walked away with out causing any commotion cause I was in deep shock that this lady is sayin' to me take these supplements or leave them if u not going to add on type of attitude and she won't be looking for what I can afford and get ? I'm Soo disappointed cause it's not my first time getting medication from this pharmacy and they have always been very helpful.. I left as she was obviously irritated by my request..

So funny how one comes to a pharmacy for help and suggestions from the pharmacist but the Pharmacist has an expectation that we come knowing what we want to save them the trouble.
