Dischem dropping the ball!

So you would think its great to be pro-active and make a booking to do your Vitality check weeks in advance.

I called through 3times on the 8 January 2020 to make a booking, and I was told that my booking has been confirmed for the 28th Jan at 9am. I get here and there was no booking made! No SMS received and now I was told to sit here and WAIT?!?!?!?! To be honest, Iv never experienced this with Clicks Sandton before. Think I will have to go back to Clicks as my pharmaceutical and clinical partner going forward.
