Dischem drag feet and are indifferent to its clients

I called this morning to enquire about my medication and its price. I waisted R50.airtime while I was thrown from one person to the next sometimes just hung up on. Understand that my medication is for severe depression and health matters. I was given a promise of a call back, gave my number twice. No return call. I need to know what time tomorrow they are coming to deliver. How much it will cost was also vague. I called back for clarity left my number twice waisted my last airtime and this has happened everytime. J have re located from Polokwane but even in Polokwane the attitude of indifference is shocking. So its a common trend with Dischem.very impersonal. If I want to change pharmacy I am threatened or my script altered so that I am backed into a corner completely. I absolutely will not be a hostage to Dischem and this nonsense. I gave my Uber twice. Im on the system I am a human being. I am done, the amount of finances Iand family have spent at dischem over a long period of time could have put my son through school. Im done.
