DISCHEM DON'T DELIVER AND ARE NOT TRUTHFUL

I ordered prescription medication from Dischem, Jean Avenue, Centurion on Thursday 30/07/2020 and requested that it should be delivered on Monday 03/08/2020. When I did not receive my mediation from Dischem, I sent them an email on Monday evening 03/08/2020 at 18:53. This morning, 04/08/2020 at 09:46, I received a phone call from Dischem Jean Avenue, giving me the excuse that they only had one driver yesterday and couldn't deliver my medication. It appears that their phones weren't working either because they couldn't phone me and advise me of this. On phoning me this morning, the lady promised me that when the driver left the pharmacy at 10:00 this morning, my prescriptions would be the first delivery. It is now 15:05 and still my medication has not been delivered. I have sent a complaint to Dischem Head Office, but it appears that they are also uninterested in providing any form or service to their clients. Why they even bother to promote their delivery service is beyond me.
