Dischem don’t care about customer service

Dischem does not care about customer service (Farramere Benoni). I am fed up with having to wait for a single item from the dispensary. I took over from my wife in the queue while she went off to Woolies to do shopping. She returned with her goods and my solitary prescription item was still not available. Dischem employ a whole bunch of assistant who are not able to authorize a transaction which must be authorized by a qualified Pharmacist of which 2 were on duty. My shop at Dischem took upward of 35 mins which is pathetic customer service. They are still tottering from loss of customers following their employment policies and now it’s employing unqualified staff at the expense of their customers. Upon complaining to both the Pharmacy Assistant and the qualified Pharmacist there was no comment, merely blank stares. I spoke to the Store Front Manager who was more than sympathetic but it was not his area of management. It’s time to go back to the small pharmacy who cares.
