Dischem doesn't care about the disabled

We buy about 3 bag's of the Dischem Softi Nappies a month for my brother who is cerebral palsy - he is fully handicapped. He needs to wear these every day. At first these were excellent, they then changed their make-up last year and we had to go to a size medium cause the small was to small as they made the nappie shorter. This year however every single bag breaks. The tags just snap off! It is so cheaply made but the price has gone up thrice. This is extremely disapponting. This company doesn't care about the disabled or they would manufacture these so poorly! Not sure why it changed from when it was first introduced to the market. Really disgusting:
