Dischem being DISHONEST with Bkack Friday deals. I went to your mall@carnival branch yesterday and spoke to your staff member in the health and fitness section asking him for some advice. He then suggested that I purchase the USN Diet whey isolean product and told me that it is on Black Friday deal for 349.95. There were 4 price tickets and a bigger ticket with Black Friday on it. When we got to the till the item was scanning at 499.95. The cashier stood up and started walking towards the health section. I joined her to show her the price tickets. She also approached the staff member who worked there and he confirmed that it should be 349.95. The staff member then pointed to him that the 1.6kg is in promo and all the promo tickets were under the 2kg products. He then calmly said “well that’s easy we just move the labels and by that started doing so. How many customers bought the items thinking it was the promotional lines and in the hype of Black Friday never checked their till slips to see that they were actually de*****ed by dischem !!! It is evident that your staff is not aware of CPA as your staff member had no right to just remove the label. The price you see is the price you pay and by right I should have received the 1st item free as the price tag was incorrect. These products were selling since Friday with this “promotional “ ticketing under it. I this a note should be send on social media asking customers to check their till slips from “promotional “ items purchased at your Brakpan branch. I have serious issues with your integrity and lack of customer service!
