Dischem dishonest

I went to fetch Dischem for my chronic medication. The lady informed me that Discovery’s system is off-line after I then paid cash for the medication received. The next day when I received a statement from my medical aid(Discovery) which confirmed that the claim was submitted by Dischem and the paid in full. By doing it this way Dischem paid gets paid twice for the same items. Public please take note of this and check you medical statements in detail when received.
