Dischem Disgusting service

Absolutely appalled at the service.... Handed my chronic prescription to Dischem Parkmeadows and they either did not bother to update my meds or input the incorrect meds. How irresponsible is that, we are not buying the wrong food this is someone's Chronic medication.... tried to contact the branch manager and kept on being cut off. I even phoned Dischem Head office and waited over 15 min on the call, I then hung up. PATHETIC SERVICE... Thank God we have other pharmacies we can rely on.
