Dischem Disgrace

I am so disappointed in Dischem Valley View I really hope that SOMEBODY there will read this. I have been going to Valley View for my waxing, for about 6 months. Each time I need to go home and literally pluck or shave over this waxed area, seeing as they do such a **** job. Then I make an appointment last week, I arrive, and They double booked me. Yesterday I arrive, they double booked me. Today I go for my FULL HEAD highlights. Thats ALL i wanted to me done. Once I was Finished there was absolutely NO DIFFERENCE in my hair. I have done my hair there before, and it was fine(the lady which usually does is was not there) My husband asked me if I have done my hair yet, once I got home from the hair appointment I went to the counter to pay and they added things onto my slip that I never asked for, but they added on to my head anyway. Dischem Valley View is the most unorganized and unprofessional staff I have ever met. On top op the bad service, the lady who works there, Doing i don't know what, seeing as the floated around talking nonsense with everyone, she had such a terrible attitude, tellings clients how little her pay is, and how she is looking for other work but she cant find any. I WOULD LOVE A REFUND-which I know Will probably never happen. But I will NEVER make use of a Dischem Salon again.
