Dischem Disappointment

Went into Dischem Chatsworth Centre to purchase Ripped Freak Hybrid Fat Burner on the 03/06/2020. This product was on special and advertised as buy one and get another 30 capsules free according to the advert board placed on the shelf. Upon purchase the employees in the store were so rude indicating that it was a misprint and only 10 capsules were given free as per the special. After enquiring that this was not as per the advert board the staff had removed the signage and denying that this was ever advertised whilst I was still in the store!!! Little did they realize I had taken a picture of the advertised signage yet they refused to give me what was advertised despite it being their mistake in advertising and pricing! We had contacted the dischem customer care via email yet is still pending and unsuccessful to date! I want the special as I had seen it as it is not my fault that they advertised incorrectly! Urgently seeking a response on this matter. Utterly disappointed by the customer service in the store making it seem as if I was lying about what they advertised by removing the sign and denying the entire special!
