Dischem delivery poor on essential meds

I have ordered medicine online and it's a more than a week and I called Dischem bluff. I spoke to the manager Bongani as he advised me more than a week later that he did not know the delivery was urgent. I thought I will be informed so I can make a decision to get the meds from somewhere else.
