Dischem delivery nonsense

I’m in the customer service industry,but I am a customer first. I ordered from Dischem online and the delivery business/partner was belligerent when they came to deliver my goods. I gave them my number so they could notify me when they are in close proximity. I sent my work address as I do with every other online purchase I made and I gave them specific orders about where exactly they would find me. My phone was faulty so I used my work phone (which is not meant for personal reasons) and the lady brining my stuff told me she has no idea where she is and she is in Parkhurst whereas I am In Hyde Park,it’s pretty straightforward and she told me it’s the location I gave her that threw her off I explained that I am knocking off at 18:00,this time was fast approaching and I was in the till cashing up I jeopardised my job and had to call her and direct her manually to get to me but even though the matter was not with me she lost her patience with me. When she finally did get to my work place with my package she didn’t even greet me but she proceeded to shout at me and ask me if the package was mine or was bought by the company I work for,I told her that it was mine and I left specific instructions but she wasn’t hearing it she told me I was unreachable I told her but I’m using my company resources to direct you and that’s unprofessional,all this in full view of my other colleagues they watched in horror aswell because as a paying customer in customer service aswell it’s unprofessional to speak to a customer that way. I’m still disappointed in this service and it has left a bad taste in my mouth about ever using the online Dischem going forward. You can’t find fault with the customer when I gave you a full address and came before I was closing,she was rude and unhinged.
