DISCHEM DELIVERING ONLINE ORDERS FROM PORT ELIZABETH TO JOHANNESBURG????

I ordered goods online for a friend for delivery to an address in Johannesburg. I received an sms advising me that the order will be delivered from a Port Elizabeth branch. I assumed this to be an error and so called my local branch in Benmore Gardens, Sandton. The lady that attended to my query checked the order online and told me that she would have the order delivered from Benmore. I was under the impression that this was a correction of the error. On receipt of my credit card I was charged twice for the same order which, on further enquiry I was advised that both Port Elizabeth and Benmore branches had delivered. I have requested a refund for Dischem's error in the duplication of the order. This has not happened and, under the circumstances, I would like a refund.
